How to choose hair products for frizzy or damaged hair
Start with what your hair feels like on a normal day. If it feels rough, tangles easily or breaks when you brush it, it needs moisture and strength first. The Ceramide Therapy Hair Mask is the most concentrated treatment in the range, and the Honey Milk Leave-In Mist keeps that moisture in through the day.
If your main problem is frizz and dullness, finish with a few drops of Honey Infused Hair Oil on the lengths. Fine hair usually prefers the lighter Collagen Drops.
A simple hair care routine
- Wash: Hydrating Shampoo, focused on the scalp.
- Treat: Hair Mask once or twice a week, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Condition: Hydrating Conditioner on the lengths, 1 to 2 minutes.

Wavy and curly hair often does best with the mask and leave-in every wash, and oil applied while hair is still damp. Very fine hair needs less product: start with a small amount and build up.
