Paying at gisou.ae is simple and secure. Here is how it works.

Ways to pay

• Debit cards and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
• Apple Pay

We do not offer cash on delivery or buy-now-pay-later.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. The total you see at checkout, including any delivery fee, is the total you pay. Your bank may show a small difference only if your card is issued outside the UAE and charges its own conversion fee.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation email straight away.

How your card details are protected

• Encrypted checkout: the whole site uses HTTPS, so information sent between your device and our checkout is encrypted.
• Processed by a certified provider: card and Apple Pay payments are handled by our payment provider, which is certified to PCI DSS, the security standard for card payments.
• We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to the payment provider.
• 3D Secure: your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code or in your banking app.
• Fraud checks: orders may be screened automatically to protect you and us.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the card or Apple Pay account used for the order. Depending on your bank, they can take 5–10 working days to appear. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
