These terms apply to every order placed at gisou.ae. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

gisou.ae is the Gisou online store for the United Arab Emirates. Office 301, Block 4, Al Furjan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email: info@gisou.ae.

Products

All products sold on gisou.ae are genuine Gisou products. We describe each product and show its full ingredient list as published by Gisou. Product photos are for illustration; packaging can change slightly from batch to batch. Always check the ingredient list on the pack if you have allergies, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched by emailing info@gisou.ae. Once dispatched, our returns policy applies.

Payment

We accept debit cards, credit cards and Apple Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not offer cash on delivery. See Payment & Security.

Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only. Delivery is free on orders of AED 199 and above, and AED 15 below that. Delivery times are 1–2 working days in Dubai and 2 working days in the other emirates. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns and refunds

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Product claims

Product benefits and test results shown on gisou.ae come from our own studies. Results can vary from person to person. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
