We deliver genuine Gisou to every emirate from our own warehouse in Dubai, using our own delivery team. Here is exactly what to expect.

Times are counted from when your order is confirmed. During sales and public holidays, deliveries can take a little longer; we will let you know if that happens.
Where we deliver
All seven emirates, including:
- Dubai: all areas, including Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JLT, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Al Furjan, Jebel Ali, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Mirdif, Deira, Bur Dubai, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Hatta.
- Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi city, Khalifa City, MBZ City, Al Reem, Yas, Saadiyat, Al Raha, Musaffah, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region.
- Sharjah: Sharjah city, Al Nahda, Al Majaz, Al Khan, Muwaileh, Aljada, Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Al Dhaid.
- Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: all cities and main areas.
We currently deliver within the UAE only.
Tracking and receiving your order
We email you when your order is on its way. Our driver will contact you on the phone number you give at checkout to arrange the drop-off, so please make sure it is correct.
Payment
All orders are paid online at checkout by debit card, credit card or Apple Pay. Prices include 5% VAT. More on our Payment & Security page.
